Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payments

• All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
• We accept UPI, cards, wallets, and other Razorpay-supported methods.

2. Delivery of Products

Upon successful payment, digital downloads (PDFs) are delivered to the email you provide during checkout.

3. Refunds

Since our products are digital and instantly delivered, we do not offer refunds once a file is sent. If you face any issues (e.g. wrong file, download error), please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails but was debited from your account, Razorpay will automatically refund the amount within 5–7 working days. Please contact your bank if needed.
